She has very strong values and she is a people and purpose professional. She wants to develop future-proof organizations, drive better equity and wellbeing in the workplace and larger in the world. She puts people first in everything she does.

She was born in Helsinki where she lives today. She has also lived in Hong Kong and in London gaining firsthand knowledge and experience on different cultures.

Susanne Ehrnrooth

Sussi has extensive experience in developing people and organizations through coaching, she has eagerly coached more than 400 clients. It is her passion to support clients to believe in themselves, and foremost in their ability to reach their goals and dreams.

It is through coaching that Sussi develops thriving businesses with better leadership and good governance that are utmost important for all business and industries to ensure they continue attracting and retaining new talent.

Before Sussi started her career as a coach 2013, she worked with international marketing and HR and through that met various industries. Parallel with working as an entrepreneur she has been engaged in her family business (Forest & Fiber) through positions of trust.

On top of coaching, Sussi’s expertise include e.g. leadership development, diversity, equity and inclusion, sales management and multicultural teams.

Ari Virtanen

Ari Virtanen has worked across telecommunications, software engineering, construction, the electrical industry, and executive management consulting during his over 30-year international career. Virtanen completed his thesis at Nokia and played a key role in enabling the world’s first GSM call. Over the following two decades, he held numerous positions in Finland and Silicon Valley, including leading Nokia Networks’ mobile switching center business. After his tenure at Nokia, Virtanen led the Wireless Solutions unit at Elektrobit, which later evolved into the current Bittium. At Kone, he established a new business unit focused on developing digital People Flow solutions to support the company’s core operations. From Kone, Virtanen transitioned to serve as CEO of Ensto.

In 2019, Virtanen was invited to become a partner at IMS Talent, and two years later, he founded Granarium, his own executive advisory firm. In addition to executive search and board evaluations, Virtanen is deeply interested in clarifying a company’s strategic position and designing actionable measures for transformation and renewal. Many of his engagements have centered on fostering smooth collaboration among owners, boards, and executive teams.

Virtanen possesses extensive and diverse experience in board roles and corporate advisory. He currently serves on the boards of Saxo Oy and Elpac Oy. Furthermore, he holds multiple roles as an investor and advisor to growth companies.

Virtanen is pursuing a doctoral dissertation on the strategic transformation of industrial companies at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at Aalto University.
